Parking a Call Within Your Department

(Note: Every department has 2 “Park” slots, unique to that department)

1. Press the softkey for one of the two “Park” slots
2. To pick up the call press the “Park” softkey
3. Press the ‘Connect’ softkey

2. Press # and then your department 4 digit ‘Park’ slot and then press the ‘Call’ softkey
3. To pick the call up press * and the department 4 digit ‘Park’ slot and then press the ‘Call’ softkey
