MAC Address Lookup Instructions
Microsoft Xbox
- Turn on your Xbox console with no game disc in the tray.
- From the Xbox Dashboard, choose Settings.
- From the Settings screen, select Network Settings.
- The MAC address is the 12-character code at the bottom-right corner of the Network Settings screen.
- Once you have the MAC address, submit it at the MAC registration page to register your Xbox.
Microsoft Xbox 360
Note: Newer updates may look different the what is presented here, but organized similarly.
- Go the the System Settings area of the My Xbox channel.
- Select Network Settings.
- Select the Configure Network option.
- Under the Basic Settings ensure the IP Address and DNS Settings are set to Automatic.
- Select Additional Settings and the view Advanced Settings.
- At the bottom of the screen you’ll see a heading called Wired MAC Address.
- Once you have the wired MAC address, submit it at the MAC registration page to register your Xbox 360.
Microsoft Xbox One
- One the main desktop, navigate to Settings > Network.
- Choose Advanced Settings and on the right you will see the wired MAC and wireless MAC.
- Register the address(es) at the MAC registration page to register your Xbox One on the network.
Nintendo Wii
- From the Wii Channel Menu, select Wii Options (The round ‘Wii’ button on the bottom-left of the screen).
- Select Wii Settings.
- Scroll to the right to ‘Wii System Settings 2’ and select Internet.
- Select Console Information.
- The wired MAC address of the Wii console is displayed under the LAN Adapter MAC Address.
- Once you have the MAC address, submit it at the MAC registration page to register your Wii.
Sony Playstation 2
Slimline PS2
- Turn on your Playstation 2 console with no game disc in the tray.
- From the main screen, press the triangle button.
- This will bring up the System Information screen where the 12-character MAC address will be listed.
- Once you have the MAC address, submit it at the MAC registration page to register your PS2.
Original PS2
- Power up the Playstation 2 and load the Network Adapter Startup Disc.
- Once it has loaded, select ISP Setup and press X.
- The ISP Setup will begin to load, and you will be presented with a license agreement. Select Agree and press X to continue.
- For connection type, choose Local Area Network (LAN) and press X to continue.
- Select Automatic Configuration and press X to continue.
- At the connection test screen, select Advanced and press X to continue.
- At the Advanced Broadband Settings screen, make sure Automatic is selected. While you are at this screen, make note of the MAC Address at the bottom.
- Once you have the MAC address, submit it at the MAC registration page to register your PS2.
Sony Playstation 3 or 4
- Go to Settings on the Cross Media Bar (XMB) and select System Settings.
- Scroll down and select System Information.
- Your MAC address will be the first item listed.
- Once you have the MAC address, submit it at the MAC registration page to register your PS3.
