Accessing Courses for Upcoming Semester

Canvas courses for any upcoming semester will not be available prior to the term starting.  You may see published courses on your dashboard however, if the instructor has not published the course and opened the course date earlier than the default term date, students will not have access.  You must wait until the term starts before you can get into your courses. 
Faculty may open their courses earlier than the official start date of any given term if they choose, however this is done on an individual basis and are often communicated with the students if their courses are open and available earlier than the default term date.
