Account Reset

If you cannot access your MWSU account please try changing your password.

Go to www.missouriwestern.edu and scroll down to the bottom, click Goldlink on the right side, then click on Forgot Password .

Sign in with your username and G number, answer one of your security questions and then create a new password.

Your password must be at least 8 characters and have at least 3 of the following: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number or special character. It also CANNOT have any part of your name in it.

If you are locked out of your account, please email a copy or photo of your MWSU Id or a picture ID and your G number to helpdesk@missouriwestern.edu

Once it has been received we will then reset your account and reply back with instructions on how to activate it again.

This will change your password for all MWSU logins.
