Clear Firefox browser cache

1. Open Firefox.

2. Click History and Bookmarks  in the top right corner.

3. Click History.

1. Click Clear Recent History.
   

1. Select boxes to clear.  Select Cache to clear the browser cache.
   

Note: Be sure to set the Time range to clear to "Everything".

1. Click Clear Now.

2. Exit Firefox completely.

Mac: Click on Firefox in the top-left corner of the screen, and click Quit Firefox at the bottom of the menu.

Windows: Click the X at the top-right corner of the browser.
