Requesting Technology Pickup
To have MWSU technology equipment retrieved by Technology Services for surplus or redistribution, a Helpdesk ticket must be made at griff.vn/helpdesk. In addition to the standard form information please provide detailed information on what equipment is to be retrieved (i.e. the MWSU tag Number and what the equipment is (e.g. computer, laptop, etc.)) as well as any addition information that is pertinent to the retrieval and/or the equipment itself.
Once the equipment is picked up by Technology Support staff and inventory numbers are verified, we will process inventory relocation paperwork and notify you once the processing is complete.
