How to install BlackMagic Pro

The Blackmagic H.264 Pro Recorder has a USB drive attached to it. On the USB drive is the  Blackmagic Desktop Video installer and a Read Me file with instructions. The main thing when troubleshooting this device is that the USB cable from the device to the computer has to be plugged in prior to starting the computer. If it was plugged in while the computer is running or asleep then the computer needs to be restarted. The Blackmagic Media Express software should detect the device if it is plugged in prior to starting the computer.
